Genetic Analysis of Plant Height and Leaf Number Related Main Gene and Polygene of Sorghum× Sudan Grass

高丹草株高与叶片数主基因+多基因的遗传分析

Abstract: The main gene + polygene mixed model was used in genetic analysis of height and leaf number of 5 plant materials(P<sub>1,P<sub>2,F1,F2,F2:3) of Sorghum×Sudan grasses(2002GZ-1 and 2002GB-1) in 2005.The results showed the plant height character related to 2 pairs of additive-dominant main gene+additive-dominant polygene(E-2).The leaf number character related to 2 pairs of additive-dominant-epistatic main gene+additive-dominant polygene(E-1).The 2 characters genetics subjected to the main gene + polygene mixed model,and the main genes decided the height and the leaf number expression.The contribution of 2 main genes in height effect on addition and domination were 26.98,10.02 and 2.36,1.61 correspondingly,while that of polygene were-6.95 and-5.06.The heritability of main gene in F2and F2:3 were 77.94% and 82.95%.The contribution of 2 main genes in leaf number effect on addition and domination were 6.11,1.04 and 0.63,-0.09 correspondingly,while that of polygene were-0.16,-0.11.The heritability of main gene in F2 and F2:3 were 89.30% and 91.60%.It showed that the 2 characters were mainly controlled by main gene.The related selection should be carried in early progenies.The result of the agronomic character genetic model provided the guide for Sorghum×Sudan grass improvement and heterosis prediction.

摘要: 于200年采用主基因+多基因混合遗传模型,对高丹草(Sorghum×Sudan grass)2002 GZ-1和2002 GB-1杂交组合的个世代(P<sub>1,P<sub>2,F1,F2,F2:3)群体的株高和叶片数进行联合分析.结果表明:株高遗传受2对加性-显性主基因+加性-显性多基因(E-2)控制;叶片数遗传受2对加性-显性-上位性主基因+加性-显性多基因(E-1)控制,两性状的遗传符合2对主基因+多基因混合遗传模型,主基因对株高、叶片数的表现起主要作用.株高中主基因加性和显性效应分别为26.98、10.02和2.36、1.61,而多基因分别为-6.9和-.06,F2和F2:3的主基因遗传率分别为77.94%和82.9%.叶片数主基因的加性和显性效应分别为6.11、1.04和0.63、-0.09,多基因分别为-0.16、-0.11,F2和F(2:3)的主基因遗传率分别为89.30%和91.60%.表明2个性状是以主基因遗传为主,应在早期世代进行选择.该性状所属遗传模型的研究,旨在为高丹草的遗传改良和杂种优势利用提供理论依据.
