Effects of Different Antibiotics on the Growth and Reproduction of Red Pea Aphid (Acyrthosiphon piusm)

不同抗生素对红色型豌豆蚜生长发育和繁殖的影响

Abstract:

In order to define the effects of different antibiotic treatments on the growth and reproduction of red pea aphid, different antibiotics (Rifampicin, Chlortetracycline HCl, Chloraomycetin, Oxytetracycline HCl, Penicillin-GK Salt, Streptomycin sulfate) are used by following process methods in the experiment: spray antibiotics on plant surface and aphid body at the same time; spray on aphid body; spray on plant surface. Finally, the biological parameters of developmental period and mean fecundity per female are obtained under different treatments. The results show that Rifampicin has the greatest influence on the growth and reproduction of red pea aphid, and spray plant surface and aphid body at the same time is the most useful method to make use of these antibiotics. Multiple comparisons indicate that the effects of four combination treatments on the growth and reproduction of red pea aphid are ordered as: spray Rifampicin on plant surface and aphid body at the same time>spray Rifampicin on plant surface>spray Rifampicin on aphid body>spray Oxytetracycline HCl on plant surface and aphid body at the same time.

摘要:

为明确不同抗生素处理方式对红色型豌豆蚜(Acyrthosiphon piusm)生长发育和繁殖的影响,将利福平、盐酸金霉素、氯霉素、盐酸土霉素、青霉素G 钾盐和硫酸链霉素6种抗生素分别进行同时喷洒蚕豆(Vicia faba)植株和蚜虫虫体、只喷洒蚜虫虫体和只喷洒蚕豆植株3种处理,获得了各处理下红色型豌豆蚜发育历期和平均产蚜量生物学参数.结果表明:对其生长发育和繁殖影响最大的抗生素是利福平;影响最大的处理方式是同时喷洒植株和虫体.4种组合处理影响大小顺序为:利福平同时喷洒植株和虫体处理>利福平喷洒植株处理>利福平喷洒虫体处理>土霉素同时喷洒植株和虫体.
