Characterization of n-Fatty Acids in Alpine Meadow Plants

高寒草甸植物中正构脂肪酸组成特征研究

Abstract:

54 plants of alpine meadow were collected and analyzed to investigate the characteristics of n-fatty acids using gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS). The results showed that the carbon numbers of n-fatty acids in alpine meadow plants were from C6 to C28, and the content of the n-fatty acids were from 0.05 to 7 964.32 mg·kg-1,among which the content of the hexadecanoic acid was the highest and the hendecanoic acid was the lowest. The content of total n-fatty acid varied from 380.19 to 11 335.95 mg·kg-1, and the contents of total odd n-fatty acids were less than that of the total even n-fatty acids. The content of the every n-fatty acid was significant difference in the same plant species, but not significant difference in different plants belonging to the same family, and that was obviously different among different families.

摘要:

为探究高寒草甸植物中正构脂肪酸组成特征,利用气相色谱-质谱联用仪(GC-MS)对高寒草甸54种植物进行了测定和分析。结果表明,高寒草甸常见植物中单种正构脂肪酸碳数为C6~C28,含量分布范围0.05~7 964.32 mg·kg-1,其中十六酸含量高,而十一酸含量低。总正构脂肪酸含量为380.19~11 335.95 mg·kg-1,总奇数碳正构脂肪酸含量小于总偶数碳正构脂肪酸含量,偶数碳优势明显。同种植物中各不同正构脂肪酸的含量差异显著(P<0.05),同科植物间正构脂肪酸含量差异不显著,不同科植物间正构脂肪酸含量明显不同。
