Effect of Different Land Use Type on Distribution of Glomalin-related Soil Protein on Hilly Slope with Purple Soils in Hengyang of Hunan Province,China

衡阳紫色土丘陵坡地不同土地利用方式对球囊霉素相关土壤蛋白分布的影响

Abstract: To clarify the soil profile distribution patterns and influencing factors of glomalin-related soil protein(GRSP) in different types of land on hilly slope with purple soils in Hengyang,we selected sampling sites of five land-use types [natural re-vegetation(NR),grassplot(GT),frutex and grassland(FG),frutex(FX) and arbor and frutex(AF)] to examine soil profile distribution patterns and influencing factors of GRSP in the study. Soil samples in sampling sites were collected from 0~10,10~20,and 20~40 cm soil layers,respectively. GRSP,bulk density (BD),soil organic carbon (SOC),total nitrogen (TN),C/N ratio,available phosphorus (AP),pH value and the activity of soil protease (SP) were determined. The results showed that GRSP content rangeed from 1.73 mg·g-1 to 3.78 mg·g-1,accounting for 14.05%~22.08% of SOC,and GRSP is therefore regarded as a major carbon pool in soil;Significant differences in GRSP were observed among the land-use types and soil layers;Correlation analysis showed that there were significant correlation between GRSP and SOC,TN,C/N ratio,SP activity,AP,BD,and pH values. The results indicate that GRSP is an important indicator for arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi (AMF) growth and variations in soil ecosystem.

摘要: 为了明确衡阳紫色土丘陵坡地不同土地利用方式球囊霉素相关土壤蛋白土层分布模式及其影响因素,本试验选取自然恢复地、草地、灌草地、灌丛地和乔灌地5种不同土地利用方式样地,采集各样地0~10,10~20,20~40 cm土层土样,测定了土样球囊霉素相关土壤蛋白、土壤容重、土壤有机碳、全氮、C/N比、速效磷、土壤pH和土壤蛋白酶活性。结果表明:球囊霉素相关土壤蛋白含量为1.73~3.78 mg·g-1,占土壤有机碳含量的14.05%~22.08%,是土壤一个重要碳库;球囊霉素相关土壤蛋白在不同土地利用方式和土层剖面之间差异显著;相关性分析表明球囊霉素相关土壤蛋白与土壤有机碳、全氮、C/N比、土壤蛋白酶、速效磷、土壤容重、土壤pH有显著相关性。研究结果表明,球囊霉素相关土壤蛋白是丛枝菌根真菌生长状况和土壤生态系统波动的一个重要指标。
