保温和浇水处理对结缕草冬季胁迫的缓解作用

Abstract: In order to study the alleviating effect of heat preservation and water application on winter stress of zoysiagrass,‘Zenith’ was used as the experimental material. The heat preservation combined with watering treatment (TW),watering treatment along (W),heat preservation along (T),and no heat preservation and no watering treatment (CK) were carried out respectively. The effects of heat preservation and watering treatment on the percentage of withered and yellow leaves of zoysiagrass were studied. Physiological and biochemical traits were measured.The results showed that either heat preservation (T) or watering treatment (W) could alleviate the stress in winter and slow down the speed of chlorophyll decomposition,and affected the metabolic response of antioxidant enzymes,so as to alleviate the winter stress and delay the time of zoysiagrass entering the dormancy period. In general,the effects of heat preservation and watering treatment on winter stress relief of zoysiagrass can be divided into two orders according to different stages. In the early stage of winter stress,the order of mitigation effect is TW,W,T. In the later stage of winter stress,the order of mitigation effect is TW,T,W. During the whole process of winter stress,TW had the best relieving effect,which could obviously delay the dormancy period of zoysiagrass and keep it warm and green.

摘要: 为研究保温和浇水处理对结缕草(Zoysia japonica)冬季自然低温和干旱胁迫的缓解作用,以结缕草‘Zenith’为试验材料,分别进行了保温浇水处理(Temperature and Watering,TW)、浇水处理(Watering,W)、保温处理(Temperature,T),对照组(Control group,CK)为无保温不浇水处理,探究了保温和浇水处理对结缕草单位面积叶片枯黄比例和生理生化指标的影响。结果表明:保温和浇水处理能减缓叶绿素分解速度,缓解冬季胁迫对结缕草细胞膜的损伤,影响抗氧化酶的代谢响应,从而缓解冬季胁迫,推迟结缕草进入枯黄期的时间。总体而言,保温和浇水处理对结缕草冬季胁迫的缓解效果根据胁迫阶段分为2种次序,冬季胁迫前期,缓解效果从大到小依次是TW,W,T。冬季胁迫的后期,缓解效果从大到小依次是TW,T,W。冬季胁迫的整个过程中,保温浇水处理(TW)的缓解效果最佳,能够明显推迟结缕草的枯黄期,起到保温保绿的作用。
