Identification of Soda Saline-alkali Tolerance of Cold-resistant Alfalfa Germplasm at Seedling Stage Based on Membership Function Method

基于隶属函数法鉴定抗寒苜蓿种质苗期耐苏打盐碱性

Abstract: In view of the shortage of alfalfa (Medicago sativa L.) varieties suitable for cultivation in soda saline-alkali land in Heilongjiang Province, eleven alfalfa varieties with good cold tolerance were selected as experimental materials, and soda saline-alkali soil collected from Songnen Plain was used as the growth medium. The germination index, seedling growth index and root physiological index of alfalfa were tested by soil culture method, and the salt-alkali tolerance of alfalfa germplasm at seedling stage was evaluated by cluster analysis and membership function analysis. It was found that high pH soda salinity inhibited alfalfa germination and growth, and the average germination potential decreased by 53.83%, the average germination rate decreased by 29.36%, the average germination index decreased by 34.90%, and all growth indexes (except root length) decreased by more than 52%. According to the analysis results, eleven alfalfa varieties were divided into four categories, the first category was '3010’'Stockpile’'Gongnong No.1’ and 'Gongnong No.5’,the second category was 'Dongmu No.2’ and 'Long Mu 801’,the third category was 'Dongmu No.1’'Zhaodong’'Aohan’ and the fourth category was 'Polar Bear’. Conclusion:Among 11 alfalfa varieties with cold tolerance, 'Stockpile’ and '3010’ have the strongest alkali tolerance to soda, which laid a theoretical foundation for alfalfa planting in soda saline-alkali land in Heilongjiang Province.

摘要: 针对黑龙江省苏打盐碱地适宜栽培的苜蓿(Medicago sativa L.)品种少的问题,本研究选用11种较耐寒的苜蓿品种为试验材料,以采自松嫩平原的苏打盐碱土为基床,利用土壤培养法,测试苜蓿的发芽指标、幼苗生长指标及根部生理指标,利用聚类分析和隶属函数分析方法评价苜蓿种质苗期耐盐碱性。研究发现,高pH的苏打盐碱抑制苜蓿发芽和生长(P<0.05),平均发芽势降低53.83%、平均发芽率降低29.36%、平均发芽指数降低34.90%,各生长指标(根长除外)均降低52%以上。根据分析结果,将11个苜蓿品种分为4类,Ⅰ类为'3010’'骑士’'公农1号’'公农5号’,Ⅱ类为'东苜2号’'龙牧801’,Ⅲ类为'东苜1号’'肇东’'敖汉’'中苜1号’,Ⅳ类为'北极熊’。研究表明,11种较耐寒的苜蓿品种中,'骑士’和'3010’耐苏打盐碱性最强,为黑龙江苏打盐碱地的苜蓿种植奠定了理论基础。
