不同肥料配施对轻度盐碱地土壤理化性状和苜蓿产量的影响

Abstract: To investigate the effects of different fertilizer combinations on the physical and chemical properties of coastal saline-alkali soil and the growth and yield of alfalfa, this study used 'Zhongmu No.3' as the material and conducted a split-plot field experiment. The main plot treatments were different gradients of bio-organic fertilizer application rates, namely, 0 kg·hm-2 (B0), 6000 kg·hm-2 (B1), 9000 kg·hm-2 (B2), 12 000 kg·hm-2 (B3), and the subplot treatments included superphosphate (375 kg·hm-2, SP), ammonium humate (1500 kg·hm-2, AH), a combination of superphosphate and ammonium humate (1875 kg·hm-2, SP+AH) and control (CK), total 16 treatments. The study explored the changes of soil pH, electrical conductivity and organic matter content in the plow layer, and alfalfa yield. The results indicated that the application of ammonium humate significantly reduced soil conductivity, and the application of bio organic fertilizer and ammonium humate increased the organic matter content in the soil, thereby improving the saline alkali soil conditions and promoting the formation of alfalfa yield. The application of superphosphate significantly lowered soil pH, but increased soil salt content. The yield of alfalfa increased with the increase of the application rates of bio organic fertilizer, and the combination of bio-organic fertilizer and ammonium humate showed the best improvement effect on mild saline alkali soil, resulting in the highest yield of alfalfa.

摘要: 为探究不同肥料配施对滨海盐碱地土壤理化性质及紫花苜蓿(Medicago sativa L.)生长产量的影响,本研究以‘中苜3号’为材料,依托大田设计裂区试验,主区处理为不同梯度的生物有机肥施用量,分别为0 kg·hm-2(B0), 6000 kg·hm-2(B1), 9000 kg·hm-2(B2), 12 000 kg·hm-2(B3),副区处理分别为:过磷酸钙(375 kg·hm-2,SP)、腐殖酸铵(1500 kg·hm-2,AH)、过磷酸钙+腐殖酸铵(1875 kg·hm-2,SP+AH)以及对照(CK),共16个处理,探究土壤耕层pH 值、电导率、有机质含量及苜蓿产量性状的变化。结果表明:施用腐殖酸铵可显著降低土壤电导率,施用生物有机肥和腐殖酸铵可提高土壤中有机质含量,从而改良盐碱土促进紫花苜蓿产量的形成,施用过磷酸钙可显著降低土壤pH,但可能会增加土壤含盐量;紫花苜蓿产量随着生物有机肥施用量的增加而增加,且生物有机肥和腐殖酸铵配施时对轻度盐碱地的改良效果最好,紫花苜蓿产量最高。
