Nutrients and Fermentation Quality of Different Varieties of Sesbania cannabina and Zea mays

不同品种田菁与青贮玉米混贮的养分及发酵品质

Abstract: In order to guide the planting and utilization of forage in southern Xinjiang, the mixed storage and fermentation characteristics of yellow bush pea(Sesbania cannabina) and local silage corn(Zea mays L.) were explored, and the mixed storage nutrients were evaluated. Two varieties of yellow bush pea (Tianjing 2 and ‘Tianjing 3’) and two silage maize cultivars (‘Xinyu 80’ and ‘Xinyu 104’) were stored 1∶1 (S2Z80, S2Z104, S3Z80 and S3Z104) to determine the sensory indexes, nutrients, fermentation quality and number of colonies on the 7th, 15th, 30th and 60th days of fermentation. The results showed that the pH, dry matter (DM), crude protein (CP), water soluble carbohydrate (WSC), ammonia nitrogen/total nitrogen (AN/TN) and yeast decreased with fermentation time, while lactic acid (LA), acetic acid (AA), the contents of Ether extract (EE) and lactic acid bacteria increased with fermentation time. On the 60th day, the contents of neutral detergent fiber (NDF), acid detergent fiber (ADF) and propionic acid (PA) in S2Z104 were significantly lower than those in other treatments (P<0.05), with the lowest ammonia nitrogen/total nitrogen and the highest lactic acid content. Through the fermentation quality assessment, the highest score of S2Z104 is 98. In summary, the mixing effect of ‘Tianjing 2’ and ‘Xinyu 104’ in the ratio of 1:1 was the best.

摘要: 为了指导南疆地区饲草种植及利用,探索田菁(Sesbania cannabina)与当地青贮玉米(Zea mays L.)的混贮发酵特性,评价混贮养分,本研究对2个品种田菁(‘田菁2号’‘田菁3号’)和2个青贮玉米(‘新玉80’‘新玉104’)进行1∶1混贮(S2Z80,S2Z104,S3Z80,S3Z104),测定发酵第7 d,15 d,30 d,60 d感官指标、营养成分、发酵品质及菌落数量。结果表明:在发酵过程中各个处理的pH值、干物质(Dry matter,DM)、粗蛋白(Crude protein,CP)、可溶性碳水化合物(Water soluble carbohydrate,WSC)、氨态氮/总氮(AN/TN)、酵母菌的含量随着发酵时间在下降,乳酸(Lactic acid,LA)、乙酸(Acetic acid,AA)、粗脂肪(Ether extract,EE)、乳酸菌的含量随着发酵时间在上升;在第60 d,S2Z104的中性洗涤纤维(Neutral detergent fiber,NDF)、酸性洗涤纤维(Acid detergent fiber,ADF)、丙酸(Propionic acid,PA)含量显著低于其他处理(P<0.05),AN/TN最低,LA含量最高。通过发酵品质评定,S2Z104的评分最高为98。综上,在1∶1混合比例下‘田菁2号’与‘新玉104’混贮效果最好。
