河西走廊半干旱区12个紫花苜蓿品种生产性能及品质评价

Abstract: In order to screen suitable varieties of alfalfa (Medicago sativa L.) for planting in the semi-arid area of Hexi Corridor, this study measured and analyzed the production performance and nutritional quality of 12 introduced alfalfa varieties. The results showed that the hay yield of ‘Nanmu 701’ was the highest, with an annual hay yield of 2.08 kg·m-2, significantly higher than other varieties (P<0.05); There was significant difference in the fresh to dry ratio of different varieties in the same stubble (P<0.05); The crude protein content of ‘Nanmu 701’ was relatively high, reaching 25.71% DM, significantly higher than ‘Gannong 4’‘Zhongmu 3’, and ‘Juneng (moisture tolerance)’(P<0.05); The variety with the highest relative feeding value and total digestible nutrients was ‘Nanmu 701’, which was significantly higher than other varieties (P<0.05); The hay yield was significantly positively correlated with plant height (P<0.01), CP was significantly positively correlated with fresh to dry ratio (P<0.05), and RFV was significantly positively correlated with branch number and fresh to dry ratio (P<0.01); By using the weighted membership function method to analyze the comprehensive production performance and nutritional value, it found that ‘Nanmu 701’ performed well and was suitable for promotion and planting in the region.

摘要: 为筛选适宜河西走廊半干旱区种植的紫花苜蓿(Medicago sativa L.)品种,本研究对引进的12个紫花苜蓿品种生产性能和营养品质进行测定分析。结果表明:‘南苜701’的干草产量最高,年干草产量为2.08 kg·m-2,显著高于其他品种(P<0.05);不同品种在同一茬次的鲜干比差异显著(P<0.05);‘南苜701’粗蛋白(Crude protein, CP)含量较高,达25.71%DM,显著高于‘甘农4号’‘中苜3号’和‘巨能(耐湿)’(P<0.05);相对饲喂价值(Relative feeding value, RFV)和总可消化养分(Total digestible nutrients, TDN)最高的品种为‘南苜701’,显著高于其他品种(P<0.05);干草产量与株高呈极显著正相关(P<0.01),CP与鲜干比呈显著正相关(P<0.05),RFV与分枝数和鲜干比呈极显著正相关关系(P<0.01);通过加权隶属函数法综合生产性能和营养价值进行分析,发现‘南苜701’表现较好,适合在该地区推广种植。
