柱花草种质对炭疽病原菌的反应

Abstract: Using inoculated potted Stylosanthes plants and their detached leaves,a study of the response of 45 Stylosanthes germ plasms to 2 strains of China endemic Collectotrichum gloeosporioides(Penz.) CATAS292 (Type A) and CATAS100 (Type B) has been undertaken.The result shows that 37.8% of the inoculated plants are resistant to CATAS292,and 31.1% of those are resistant to CATAS100,while 64.4% of the 45 Stylosanthes germ plasma are infectious to both strains of Collectotrichum gloeosprorioides. Though an inoculated Stylosanthes plant may resistant to the disease,its detached leaves are not necessarily so.Whether a Stylosanthes plant contracts or resists the disease is determined by its number of leaves infected and fallen,the number of sclerotia on the plant, and the extent the disease spots spread.

摘要: 通过盆栽植株接种和离体叶片接种试验,研究45份柱花草种质对中国两种类型炭疽病原菌生理小种CATAS292(A型)和CATAS100(B型)的反应。结果表明,37.8%的接种植株对A型生理小种有抗性,31.1%的对B型有抗性,64.4%的对两种类型炭疽病原菌均易感病。柱花草植株抗病,其离体叶片不一定抗病。感病与抗病柱花草的差异主要表现在其感染和脱落叶片数、菌核数量及病斑扩展方面。
