不同盐浓度胁迫下16个紫花苜蓿品种萌发期耐盐性评价

Abstract: To select excellent alfalfa varieties that suitable for cultivation in soils with different degrees of salinization in the coastal areas of Hebei Province, 16 alfalfa varieties were used as materials. The differences in germination indicators of different alfalfa varieties under five different salt concentrations were measured and compared by using the method of germination on filter paper in a petri dish. The critical salt concentration threshold, Analytic Hierarchy Process Comprehensive Evaluation Method and cluster analysis were used to evaluate the salt tolerance of 16 alfalfa varieties. The results showed that under the treatment of 2‰ mild salt stress the germination and growth of alfalfa seeds were promoted to a certain extent. The hundred plant dry weight of ‘Gannong No.5’‘Gannong No.12’‘Beijixiong’ and ‘Gongnong No.5’ was significantly increased by 37.1%, 44.2%, 7.4%, and 31.3% compared to that of the control, respectively. However, moderate and severe salt stress significantly reduced the germination rate, germination potential, and hundred plant dry weight of alfalfa. By cluster analysis, the 16 varieties were further divided into three salt tolerant grades: strong, medium and weak. The strong salt tolerant varieties, included ‘Gannong No.5’, and ‘WL377HQ’. Moderately salt tolerant varieties include ‘Gannong No.12’‘Qianjing’‘Shasha’‘Saiwo 7’. The remaining 10 varieties are weakly salt tolerant.

摘要: 为筛选出适宜河北滨海地区不同盐渍化程度土壤栽培的紫花苜蓿(Medicago sativa)品种,本研究以16个紫花苜蓿品种为材料,采用培养皿滤纸发芽法测定并比较了5种盐浓度下不同品种紫花苜蓿发芽指标的变化差异,并利用临界盐浓度阈值、层次分析-综合评价法和聚类分析进行了耐盐性综合评价。结果表明:2‰轻度盐胁迫处理在一定程度上促进了紫花苜蓿种子萌发生长,‘甘农5号’‘甘农12号’‘北极熊’‘公农5号’的百株干重较对照分别提高了37.1%,44.2%,7.4%和31.3%;中重度盐胁迫则显著降低了紫花苜蓿的发芽率、发芽势和百株干重。通过聚类分析将16个品种划分为强、中、弱3个耐盐等级,强耐盐的包括2个紫花苜蓿品种,分别是‘甘农5号’和‘WL377HQ’;中等耐盐的包括‘甘农12号’‘前景’‘莎莎’和‘赛沃7’;剩下的10个品种为弱耐盐品种。
