Primary Analysis of a Diversity Index for Plant Community in Xiangshan Mountain Area of Ningxia

Abstract: On the basis of typical sampling investigation. The vegetation diversity of desert steppe in Xiangshan mountain area of Ningxia was evaluated by application of Pielon uniformity index, Simpson diversity index, ShanWiener index, Mclntosh index and Superiority indexs. The Pi value of the diversity index was estimated by using the important value(IV). It is showed that most of the diversity index, except the ShannonWiener model, can reflect the situation of each grazing sites. The correlation analysis of diversity index indicated that variance index is affected by the number and uniformity of plant species. It is suggested that the effective diversity index should be chosen for the diversity research of desert steppe.

摘要: 在典型取样调查的基础上,采用Pielon均匀度指数、Simpson多样性指数、Shannon-Wiener指数、Mclntosh指数以及Simpson优势度指数对宁夏香山地区荒漠草原的植被多样性进行评价,利用重要值对多样性指数中的Pi值进行无偏估计。结果表明,除Shannon-Wiener模型外,其他多样性指数均能较好地反映各放牧点的利用情况。对应用的多样性指数进行相关分析结果表明,变化度指数受物种数和均匀度的影响。建议在荒漠草原物种多样性研究中应该选择有效的多样性指数。
