在NaCl胁迫下羊草幼苗生理反应及外源钙的缓解效应

Abstract: The physiological responses of the leaves of bo chinensis under NaCl+ stress andmitigating action of Ca to NaCl stass were studied.The asults show tha L.chinensis adopted to salin-ization drinly by toleance to Na+ as increase of Na+ as increase of proline for permeability regulation.Under salt stress condition, the external souroe of Ca2+ could increase of chlorophyle content of the leavesand incna of photosyntheisis, which mitigated Na+ stress.

摘要: 在不同浓度NaCl营养液模拟的土壤盐化胁迫条件下,研究盐分对羊草的生理和代谢反应,结果表明,羊草对Na+胁迫的适应方式以耐胁性为主,通过吸收无机离子和积累脯氨酸进行渗透调节。在Na+胁迫基础上进行钙处理,结果表明外源钙对Na+危害有-定的缓解效应。可为今后治理盐碱化草场提供新的途径。
