不同氮肥施用量下菊芋株高及各器官生物量分配动态研究

Abstract: The effects of fertilization on the plant height and dynamic biomass allocation of Helianthus tuberosus were investigated to provide the theory basis of nitrogen fertilizer management. Results showed that the height, biomass and yield of tuber were significantly higher than other treatments when the nitrogen rate was 7.5 g·m-2 (P<0.05). The root mass ratio, stem mass ratio, leaf mass ratio and tuber mass ratio of Helianthus tuberosus had no correlation with the nitrogen rate. The transportation of photosynthetic product gave priority to stem and leaf during seeding stage and vegetative period, and to underground during squaring period and flowering stage which reflecting the priority supply of plant nutrients to vigorous organs.

摘要: 对不同氮肥处理条件下菊芋(Helianthus tuberosus L.)株高及各器官生物量分配动态进行研究,以期为菊芋氮肥管理提供理论参考。结果表明:施氮量为7.5 g·m-2时,菊芋株高、总生物量和块茎产量均显著高于其他处理(P<0.05);茎比重、叶比重、根比重和块茎比重随着物候期推迟呈现出降低的变化趋势;营养生长阶段菊芋光合产物优先供应茎、叶等地上器官,并在地上器官大量积累,生殖生长阶段光合产物大量向地下运输,充分体现了植物营养物质优先供应生长旺盛器官的原则。
