Effects of Six Different Additives on the Silage Fermented Quality of Sugarcane Top

6种不同添加物对甘蔗叶梢青贮发酵品质的影响

Abstract:

In order to improve the silage fermented quality of sugarcane top, the effects of six different additives (cellulase: 2 g·kg-1, NaCl: 0.5%, urea: 0.6%, compound microbial: 2 mL·kg-1, formic acid: 0.6%, and mixture of corn stover and rice bran: 10%+10%) on the silage fermented quality of sugarcane top were investigated with the method of single factor completely randomized design. The results showed that the quality of sugarcane top silage was poorer. Compound microbial additive (2 mL·kg-1) didn't have significant effects on fermentation quality and nutritional values, whereas formic acid (0.6%), cellulase (2 g·kg-1) and NaCl (0.5%) additives improved the fermentation quality and nutritional values of the sugarcane top silage. The treatments of adding 0.6% urea additives or 10% corn stover plus 10% rice bran additive had the best silage fermentation quality and nutritional values. The influences of six different additives on the silage fermented quality of sugarcane top were ordered as 0.6% urea> corn stover+ rice bran (10%+10%) mixture > formic acid (0.6%)> NaCl (0.5%)> cellulase (2 g·kg-1)> compound microbial (2 mL·kg-1).

摘要:

为提高甘蔗(Saccharum officinarum)叶梢青贮饲料品质,采用单因子完全随机化设计,研究了纤维素酶(2 g·kg-1)、NaCl(0.5%)、尿素(0.6%)、复合微生物(2 mL·kg-1)、甲酸(0.6%)以及玉米(Zea mays)秸秆+米糠混合物(10%+10%)等6种添加物对青贮甘蔗叶梢饲料品质的影响.结果表明:甘蔗叶梢直接青贮品质稍差;添加2 mL·kg-1 复合微生物对甘蔗叶梢青贮饲料的发酵品质和营养价值与对照相比差异不显著; 0.6%甲酸、2 g·kg-1纤维素酶和0.5%NaCl提高了发酵品质和营养价值;0.6%尿素和10%玉米秸秆+10%米糠青贮饲料的发酵品质和营养价值效果最好.6种添加物对甘蔗叶梢青贮发酵效果的影响依次为:0.6%尿素 >10%玉米秸秆+10%米糠 >0.6%甲酸 >0.5%NaCl >2 g·kg-1纤维素酶 >2 mL·kg-1 EM.
