Abstract:

To explore the physiological and biochemical mechanisms of salt resistance of five different Medicao ruthenica at seeding pstage, the effect on physiological parameters of different salt concentrations in a potting experiment was studied. The results showed that with the increasing of salt concentration, the relative proline content, malondialdehyde content and cell membrane permeability increased, and the leaf water content declined. Among the five ecotypes of Medicago ruthenica, which came from Wulanchabu city Siziwang county had the strongest salt tolerant and which came from Daqinggou Nature Reserve in Tongliao had the weakest salt tolerant.

摘要:

为探讨不同地区扁蓿豆(Medicago ruthenica)耐盐性的生理生化机制,采用盆栽法模拟盐碱地条件,观测不同盐浓度对扁蓿豆幼苗各生理指标的影响。结果表明,随着盐浓度的增加,扁蓿豆叶片内脯氨酸、丙二醛相对含量和细胞膜透性均不断增加,叶片含水量下降。5份供试扁蓿豆中,来源于乌兰察布市四子王旗的扁蓿豆耐盐性最强,而来源于通辽市大青沟自然保护区的扁蓿豆耐盐能力最弱。
