菊苣种质资源的重要形态性状的变异研究

Abstract: The studies of 14 morphologic features of Cichorium intybus L.show extensive variations.Third-grade fertile tillers have the most significant variance from 22.25 to 430.00 with 55.64% variance coefficient.Inflorescence number and leaf width have largely variable features with variance coefficients 54.85% and 45.44%,respectively.There was a significant correlation among morphological features.Clustering analysis shows that all accessions can be divided into two groups.Accessions from different regions with similar characteristics were put into same group.Accessions clustered the same group with two controls have highly-developed lateral roots,more inflorescence numbers with long and big,long leaf and short seeds with wide.

摘要: 为揭示不同菊苣(Cichorium intybus L.)种质形态学特征多样性和变异程度,确定优良菊苣种质的表型特点,对菊苣种质资源的14个重要形态学特征进行变异性研究。结果表明:不同菊苣种质资源的形态学特征存在广泛的变异,其中,三级生殖枝数变异幅度最大,为22.25~430.00个,变异系数高达55.64%;其次为花序数量和叶宽,两者变异系数分别为54.85%和45.44%;菊苣形态学特征间存在显著相关性,叶片窄长类型的菊苣种质,株高和生殖枝高度高,生殖枝数多,茎秆粗壮,花序数量多,种子细长且饱满,千粒重较大,结实性好,反之亦然。聚类分析表明,不同菊苣种质资源可划分为2大类,源自不同地区的菊苣材料,形态相似的材料基本聚为一类,与2个对照品种聚为一类的菊苣基本表现为侧根发达,花序数量繁多,植株较高,叶片长而宽,茎秆粗壮,花序长而宽,种子短而宽。
