Interaction Effects of Different Additives and Moisture on the Quality of Alfalfa Silage

不同添加剂和原料含水量对紫花苜蓿青贮品质的互作效应

Abstract:

The effects of moisture content and additives on the quality of alfalfa silage were investigated. The alfalfa with moisture contents of 51.29%, 58.9% and 70% were separately supplemented with 6 additives, which were Lactobacillus plantarum (LP), Lactobacillus casei (LC),sucrose,cellulose, Shaomam additives, and Yazin silage additives, respectively. After these silages ensiled 30 days, the results showed that the silage quality of all additives had been significantly improved (P<0.05). LP+ cellulose was the best additive for 51.29% moisture alfalfa silage. Cellulose and LP+sucrose were the best additives for 58.9% moisture alfalfa silage. LP+ sucrose and sucrose were the best additives for 70% moisture alfalfa silage. The lower of material water content, the better of silage fermentation quality.

摘要:

本试验探讨添加剂和水分对苜蓿(Medicago sativa L.)青贮品质的影响,苜蓿经晾晒其原料含水量分别达到51.29%,58.9%和70%后,分别添加植物乳杆菌、干酪乳杆菌、蔗糖、纤维素酶、绍曼乳酸菌、亚芯乳酸菌及复合添加剂并制作青贮饲料,在室温条件下袋贮30天后开启,分析其青贮品质。研究结果表明:添加剂和晾晒处理均可以有效提高苜蓿青贮的发酵品质(P<0.05)。当青贮原料含水量为51.29%时,植物乳杆菌+纤维素酶混合处理的改善效果最好;当青贮原料含水量为58.9%时,纤维素酶处理组和植物乳杆菌+蔗糖混合处理组效果最好;当青贮样品含水量在70%时,蔗糖处理组和植物乳杆菌+蔗糖处理组效果最佳。原料含水量越低,其青贮效果越好。
