芦竹不同高度、不同部位及不同青贮时间的营养价值比较

Abstract: The purpose of this study was to evaluate the nutritional value of Arundo donax as forage. The contents of nutrients in the stems,leaves,whole plants with a height of 0.5 m and whole plants with a height of 1 m,1.2 m,1.4 m,1.6 m,1.8 m were measured respectively. And the whole plant with the height of 0.4 m was harvested for silage experiment. The results showed that leaves were better than stems of Arundo donax for feeding;The nutritional value in Arundo donax was the highest at the height of 1.2 to 1.4 m;During silage,the pH significantly declined,the content of CP increased,and the content of DM,ash,NDF and ADF declined with silage days,the content of NH3-N was the highest when the silage time was 30 d,and the content of WSC decreased gradually. It can be concluded that Arundo donax can get a good quality after 30-day fermentation. The results show that the Arundo donax is a kind of forage grass with great development potential for feeding.

摘要: 为评定芦竹(Arundo donax)作为牧草的营养价值,本试验对高0.5 m芦竹的茎、叶、全株及高1 m,1.2 m,1.4 m,1.6 m,1.8 m全株芦竹的营养成分分别进行测定,并收获高1.4 m的全株芦竹进行青贮实验。结果表明:芦竹叶的饲用价值优于茎;高度为1.2~1.4 m的全株芦竹具有较高的营养成分含量;青贮过程中,随着青贮天数的延长,青贮料pH值呈现明显下降的趋势,粗蛋白(Crude protein,CP)含量上升,干物质(Dry matter,DM)、粗灰分(Crude ash,Ash)、中性洗涤纤维(Neutral detergent fiber,NDF)和酸性洗涤纤维(Acid detergent fiber,ADF)含量下降,氨态氮(Ammonia nitrogen,NH3-N)在青贮时间为30 d时含量最高,水溶性碳水化合物(Water soluble carbohydrate,WSC)含量逐渐下降,综合来看,1.4 m全株芦竹在青贮30 d时效果最佳。本研究结果表明芦竹是一种极具饲料开发潜力的牧草。
