Abstract: Diglycerol is an organic compound that exists in the seeds of Setaria Sphacelata'Narok',and may be an endogenous germination promoter.In order to verify the biological activity of diglycerol on Setaria Sphacelata'Narok'seeds,the diglycerol medium of 0(CK),10,50,100,500,1 000,5 000,10 000 mg·L-1 was prepared to culture setaria seeds stored for 1 and 2 years,and the effects of different concentrations of diglycerol on seed germination and seedling growth were investigated.The results showed that the germination of different harvest years had the same response pattern to the concentration of diglycerol,which showed "low-promoting and high suppression",and the optimal solution concentration was 500 mg·L-1.The effect of promoting germination was the best.With the increase of the diglycerol concentration,the plant height and root length of seedlings increased and decreased respectively.The germination index of seeds stored for 1 year was significantly higher than that of seeds stored for 2 years.The comprehensive evaluation of each seed index of the two materials by using the membership function showed that 500 mg·L-1 diglycerol solution had the most comprehensive effect on each index of the two materials,and the treatment effect was the best.The results of this study can provide some reference for improving Setaria sphacelata seed vigor and germination performance and using seed effectively.

摘要: 二聚丙三醇(Diglycerol)是一种存在于'纳罗克'非洲狗尾草种子(Setaria sphacelata'Narok')中的有机化合物,可能是一种内源萌发促进剂。为验证其对狗尾草种子的生物活性,配制0(CK),10,50,100,500,1 000,5 000,10 000 mg·L-1的二聚丙三醇培养液,培养存放1年和2年的狗尾草种子,探讨不同浓度二聚丙三醇对种子萌发和幼苗生长的影响。结果表明:不同采收年限的种子萌发对二聚丙三醇浓度的响应模式相同,表现为"低促高抑",其中溶液浓度为500 mg·L-1时对种子萌发的促进作用最佳;随着溶液浓度的升高,幼苗高和根长分别呈增加和降低的变化趋势;存放1年的种子萌发指标显著高于存放2年的种子。采用隶属函数对两份材料各指标进行综合评价显示:500 mg·L-1的二聚丙三醇溶液对两份材料各指标的综合作用排序均为第一处理,其效果最佳。该结果为提高狗尾草种子活力及其萌发性能,有效利用狗尾草种子提供一定的参考。
