内生真菌和保存时间互作对醉马草种子的生理影响

Abstract: The physiological and biochemical changes of Achnatherum inebrians(Hance) Keng seed was studied during seed natural aging conditions.The results show that the seed germination rate,germination index,and the activities of dehydrogenase and acid phosphoesterase of A.inebrians seed as well as root and shoot length decreased in the process of ageing.The soluble sugar content and conductance of the seed extract increased with seed ageing,and the conductance was significantly correlated with the seed deterioration degree.In comparison with the endophyte-free plants,the endophyte-infected plants enhanced the seed germination of A.inebrians with more shoot and root lengths,increased the activities of dehydrogenase and acid phosphoesterase decreased the soluble sugar content and conductance of seed extract.Therefore,the endophyte could defer the ageing of the seed and extend the storage time.

摘要: 研究醉马草种子在自然老化过程中种子活力的变化。结果表明;在自然老化过程中,种子的发芽率?发芽指数?脱氢酶和酸性磷酸脂酶的活性均随保存年限的增加而降低;根苗长也随着保存年限的增加而减少;种子可溶性糖泄露随着保存年限的增加而增加;种子浸出液的电导率值随着种子保存年限的增加而呈上升趋势,电导率与种子劣变程度显著相关;与不带菌植株相比,内生真菌侵染可以促进醉马草的发芽,增加根苗长,减少电导率和可溶性糖的含量,增加脱氢酶和酸性磷脂酶的活性,从而有效缓解醉马草种子的劣变过程,延长种子储藏年限。
