凋落物添加对蒿类荒漠草地土壤酶活性及其化学计量比的影响

Abstract: This study investigated the effects of different addition levels (0, 2.5, 5.0, 7.5 g) of Seriphidium transiliense leaf litter on the enzyme activities and stoichiometric ratios of β-1,4-glucosidase (βG), N-acetyl-β-glucosaminidase (NAG), leucine aminopeptidase (LAP), and alkaline phosphatase (AP) in 100.0 g of soil from Sagebrush desert grassland during 320 d (T1), 410 d (T2), and 500 d (T3) of decomposition using an outdoor Mason jar incubation method. The results showed that enzyme activities generally decreased over the decomposition period. Specifically, the βG activity in the 5.0 g treatment at T2 was significantly higher than that at T1 and T3 by 12.16% and 20.53%, respectively (P<0.05). The NAG activity in the 7.5 g treatment at T1 was significantly higher than that at T2 and T3 by 19.19% and 19.10%, respectively (P<0.05). Enzyme activities initially decreased and then increased with increasing litter addition. At T3, the 7.5 g treatment significantly enhanced NAG activity while reducing LAP activity (P<0.05). The average soil enzyme stoichiometric ratios of C∶N, C∶P, and N∶P were 0.65, 0.91, and 1.41, respectively, with a C∶N∶P stoichiometric ratio of 1∶1.26∶1.05, with the vector angles less than 45°. In conclusion, soil enzyme activities and their stoichiometric ratios were co-regulated by both litter addition amount and decomposition stage, and were constrained by soil nitrogen limitation.

摘要: 本研究以伊犁绢蒿(Seriphidium transiliense)叶凋落物和蒿类荒漠土壤为对象,采用梅森瓶室外培养法,探讨叶凋落物不同添加量(0,2.5,5.0,7.5 g)分解320 d(T1)、410 d(T2)、500 d(T3)对100.0 g土壤β-1,4-葡萄糖苷酶(β-1,4-glucosidase,βG)、N乙酰-β-氨基葡萄糖苷酶(N acetyl-β-glucosamine enzymes,NAG)、亮氨酸氨基肽酶(Leucine aminopeptidase,LAP)、碱性磷酸酶(Alkaline phosphatase,AP)活性及其化学计量比的影响。结果表明:酶活性总体随凋落物分解时间的推移递减,其中5.0 g处理在T2阶段βG活性显著高于T1、T3阶段12.16%,20.53%(P<0.05),7.5 g处理在T1阶段NAG活性显著高于T2、T3阶段19.19%,19.10%(P<0.05);酶活性随添加量增加呈先降后升趋势,T3阶段7.5 g处理显著增加NAG活性并降低LAP活性(P<0.05);土壤酶C∶N、C∶P、N∶P平均值分别为0.65,0.91,1.41,C∶N∶P化学计量比为1∶1.26∶1.05,矢量角度均小于45°。综上,土壤酶活性及其化学计量比受凋落物添加量与分解阶段共同调控,且受土壤氮限制。
