Abstract: In order to study the nitrogen and phosphorus homoeostasis of plant community of desert steppe under different stocking rates, the Stipa breviflora desert steppe in Inner Mongolia was used as the research object. The grazing experiment adopted a completely randomized block design, with a total of 4 levels of stocking rate and 3 repetitions, namely control (CK), light grazing (LG), moderate grazing (MG) and heavy grazing (HG) [sheep units·hm-2·0.5a-1]. The total nitrogen (TN) and the total phosphorus (TP) in plant community and soil were measured, and than calculated the homeostasis index (H), the results showed that the interaction between grazing and soil layer had no significant effect on the soil. Grazing attenuated TN and TP homeostatic regulation of the plant community. When the stocking rate was <1.1 or> 3.65, TN homeostasis was weakly homeostatic. The TP homeostasis was enhanced in HG. When the stocking rate was <1.09 or> 2.78, TP homeostasis was weakly homeostatic. The N∶P homeostasis was the strongest in MG, and when the stocking rate ranged from 0.17 to 1.9, the N∶P homeostasis was weakly homeostatic. Overall, when the stocking rate ranged from 0.17 to 1.09, which is a light to moderate grazing level, the grassland ecosystem had homeostatic regulation. The stocking rate has a minimum threshold of 2.37 for HTN and 1.94 for HTP, while a maximum threshold of 1.03 exists for HN∶P.

摘要: 为研究不同载畜率下荒漠草原植物群落氮磷内稳性特征,本文以内蒙古荒漠草原为研究对象,采取完全随机区组设计,共设置4个载畜率水平,3次重复,分别为对照组(Control,CK)0、轻度(Light stocking rate,LG)0.19、中度(Moderate stocking rate,MG)1.82和重度(Heavy stocking rate,HG)2.71[羊单位·hm-2·(0.5a)-1]。通过测定植物群落和土壤全氮(Total nitrogen,TN)、全磷(Total phosphorus,TP)含量,并计算内稳性指数(Homeostasis index,H),结果显示:放牧与土层的交互作用对土壤无显著影响。放牧降低了植物群落TN和TP含量及其内稳性,当载畜率<1.1或>3.65时,TN内稳性为弱稳态。TP内稳性在HG区有所增强,当载畜率<1.09或>2.78时TP为弱稳态。MG区N∶P内稳性最强,当载畜率为0.17~1.9时N∶P内稳性为弱稳态。总体来看,当载畜率为0.17~1.09,为轻中度放牧时,草地生态系统均具有一定的稳态调节能力。载畜率对HTN和HTP均存在一个最小阈值2.37和1.94;对HN∶P存在一个最大阈值1.03。
