Study on the Heredidy Diversity of China Native Centipedegrass Population (Ⅱ):Evidence of Alleozyme

中国假俭草居群遗传多样性研究Ⅱ:三种等位酶证据

Abstract: The nine loci of peroxidase isozymes(POD), esterase(EST), and malate dehydrogenase(MDH) in 6 populations of centipedegrass(Eremochloa ophiuroides(Munro)Hack.)collected from different areas of mainland China were detected and analyzed with polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis method.The results show that the gene diversity of the centipedegrass is 0.336, of which 0.176 is within the populations, amounting to 52.4% of the total; (0.16) is among the populations, taking 47.6% of the total. Genetic similarity among the centipede-grass populations reaches 0.945~1.000. The similarity between the Lianyungang population and Guizhou population is slighter than among the other 4 populations. The results illustrate that the genetic diversity within a population is more notable than that among the populations in Chinese-native centipedegrass, while the genetic difference of the centipedegrass species is very slight.

摘要: 选择产自我国不同地域的6个假俭草(Eremochloa ophiuroides (Munro) Hack)居群,利用垂直平板丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳技术分析了过氧化物同工酶(POD)、酯酶同工酶(EST)和苹果酸脱氢酶同工酶(MDH)酶谱的9个等位酶位点.结果表明:中国假俭草的基因多样性为0.336,其中居群内为0.176,占总变异的52.4%,居群间为0.16,占总变异的47.6%;居群间遗传一致度为0.945~1.000,其中连云港和贵州2个居群间的遗传一致度明显低于其余4个;中国假俭草居群内的遗传多样性大于居群间遗传多样性,种内遗传差异很小.
