灭菌处理对不同含水量玉米青贮影响的研究

Study on the Effect of Sterilization on Corn Silage with Different Water Content

摘要:

为研究灭菌与否和不同含水量对玉米(Zea mays L.)青贮的营养成分、发酵品质及有氧稳定性的影响,以阴干的全株玉米为试验原料,罐装后分别进行灭菌与不灭菌处理,处理后添加至四个梯度(25%,40%,55%,70%)的含水量。青贮42 d后取样分析样品的发酵品质、营养成分和有氧稳定性。结果表明:不同含水量的青贮玉米发酵品质差异较大,但不同处理组间营养成分差异不显著;不灭菌组含水量为70%的玉米青贮发酵品质最佳,含水量为25%的青贮发酵品质最差;灭菌处理可以抑制所有微生物的繁殖;在有氧暴露过程中,不灭菌组含水量70%玉米青贮有氧稳定性高于含水量25%玉米青贮。

Abstract:

In order to study the effect of sterilization on the nutrient composition, fermentative quality and aerobic stability of corn silage with different water Content, the dried corn was used as the raw material,and then sterilized and non-sterilized separately after bottling. The materials were adjusted to four moisture level(25%,40%,55% and 70%). The fermentation quality, nutrient composition and aerobic stability of corn silage were analyzed after 42 days of ensile. The results showed that the fermentation quality of corn silage was different,but the nutrient content of each group was not significantly affected. The fermentation quality of 70% moisture content corn silage was the best, and corn silage of 25% moisture content was the worst. Sterilization treatments inhibited the propagation of all microorganisms. The aerobic stability of 70% moisture content corn silage without sterilization was higher than that of 25% moisture content.
