Effects of Different Restoration Measures on Productivity and Diversity of Grassland Communities in Northern Tibet

摘要: 为探索浇水、打孔措施对退化草地恢复过程中群落生物量、多样性的影响,以西藏那曲地区高寒退化草地为研究对象,开展了不同处理下的草地恢复试验。试验设置浇水和浇水打孔2种处理。结果表明:浇水处理增加了群落中常见种数目和Pielou均匀度指数,提高了群落多样性和稳定性;浇水打孔处理能够有效提高群落植物总密度,其地上生物量、Shannon-Wiener多样性指数、Simpson多样性指数均高于其他2种处理,且浇水打孔处理Margalef物种丰富度显著高于其他2种处理(P<0.05),说明浇水打孔措施更有利于过牧退化草地的恢复。

Abstract: In order to explore the effects of watering and drilling on grassland biomass and species diversity in the restoration of degraded grassland,the alpine degraded grassland in the Naqu area was studied. Two treatments,watering (W) and watering plus puncturing (WP),were conducted. The results showed that the watering treatment increased the number of common species and Pielou evenness index in the community,and improved the community biodiversity. The watering plus drilling treatment could effectively increase above-ground biomass,and the total plant community density,Shannon-Wiener diversity index,Simpson diversity index were higher than those in the other two treatments. The species richness of Margalef was significantly higher than that of the other treatments (P<0.05),which was more beneficial to the restoration of overgrazed and degraded grassland.
