层积、激素和光照对千屈菜种子萌发的影响

Study on the Germination Characteristics of Lythrum chiesas L. Seeds

摘要: 本实验通过对千屈菜(Lythrum chiesas L.)种子进行冷层积处理、改变日光照时数以及使用不同浓度的赤霉素、细胞分裂素溶液浸泡种子,通过测定种子的发芽率、发芽势,研究以上因素对种子萌发的影响。结果表明:冷层积对种子萌发的影响不显著,在24 h光照时分别使用100 mg·L-1,200 mg·L-1,300 mg·L-1浓度的赤霉素、细胞分裂素溶液浸泡对种子的萌发均有不同程度的影响,且以光照24 h、使用200 mg·L-1的赤霉素溶液浸泡种子为最佳处理方法。在16 h光照时,用100 mg·L-1,200 mg·L-1,300 mg·L-1浓度的赤霉素、细胞分裂素溶液浸泡均对种子萌发影响不显著。可得出千屈菜种子对激素刺激、光照刺激敏感,对冷层积刺激不敏感的结论。

Abstract: In this experiment,seed germination rate and germination potential of Lythrum chinensis were determined by cold stratification treatment,changing daily light hours,and soaking seeds with different concentration of gibberellin and cytokinin solution. Effects of the above factors on seed germination were also studied. The results showed that cold stratification had little effect on seed germination,and soaking seeds with 100 mg·L-1,200 mg·L-1,300 mg·L-1 concentration of gibberellin and cytokinin solution had different effects on seed germination under 24 h light,among which soaking seeds with 200 mg·L-1 of gibberellin solution for 24 h light was the best treatment. Under 16 h light,soaking seed with low concentration of gibberellin and cytokinin solution had no significant effect on seed germination. It can be concluded that the seeds of Lythrum chinensis were sensitive to hormone stimulation and light stimulation,but insensitive to cold stimulation.
