贮藏条件对华北驼绒藜种子生理生化特性的影响

Effects of Storage Conditions on the Physiological and Biochemical Characteristics of Ceratoides arborescens Seed

摘要: 超干燥华北驼绒藜种子含水量(MC2.8%~4.2%)在室外温度下,能显著地延长其耐藏期,在室外温度下贮藏可达25个月。超干燥种子丙二醛含量和相对电导率均明显地低于非超干燥种子(MC>5%),而种子活力、脱氢酶活性和过氧化物酶活性均显著地高于非超干燥种子。结果表明,超干燥处理能使华北驼绒藜种子保持高水平活力;对脂质过氧化的抑制作用是超干燥种子耐贮藏的生理原因之一。

Abstract: The ultra dried C.arborescens seed (MC 2.8%~4.2%)prolongs its storage life significantly under field temperature condition. After 25 month storage at field temperature, the contents of MDA and relative conductivity in ultra dried seed are lower than those of the non ultra dried(MC>5%) one. The seed vigor, activities of dehydrogenase and peroxidase of ultra dried seed are much higher than those of the non ultra dried one. The results show that ultra drying of C.arborescens seed could preserve its vigorous vitality. Low extent of lipid peroxidation proves to be one of the physiological causes of storage tolerance in ultra dried C.arborescens seed.
