施肥对扁穗冰草种子发育过程中生理生化特性的影响

Effect of Fertilizer Application on Agropyron cristatum Seed Physiological and Biochemical Characters at Different Developing Stages

摘要: 以不同发育期的扁穗冰草(Agropyron cristatum)种子为材料,测定其生物学特性与生理生化指标。结果表明:春季施氮可增加种子发育前期的鲜重、千粒重和发芽率,降低种子的空瘪率;可提高种子叶绿体色素和赤霉素含量、酸性磷酸酯酶活性和浸出液电导率;施氮对种子发育前期有利于可溶性糖的形成,并促进种子发育后期淀粉的积累;与对照相比单施及配施氮、磷、钾肥对种子浸出液电导率、酸性磷酸酯酶活性和可溶性糖含量影响不大;氮与磷配施可显著增加种子淀粉和叶绿体色素含量。

Abstract: The present paper discusses the experiment using Agropyron cristatum seeds at different developing periods to test and esteem their biological characters and physico-biochemical indexes. The result shows that applying nitrogenous fertilizer to the seed field at the seed initial developing stage in spring would increase the seed fresh weight, thousand seed weight, and germination rate, while diminishing the percentage of shrivelled seed. Nitrogenous fertilizer could also increase the seed content of chloroplast pigment and that of GA3, and its phosphoesteras activity, and seed leachates’ electrical conductivity. Moreover, nitrogenous fertilizer helps effect the synthesis of seed soluble sugar at the initial developing stage and the accumulation of starch at the seed later developing stage and the accumulation of starch at the seed later developing stage. Compared to the control, application of nitrogenous ferlilizer alone or it together with phosphate and potash fertilizers to the A. cristatum seed field proves no significant difference to the seed leachates electrical conductivity, phosphoesteras activity, or soluble sugar content, though applying both nitrogenous and phosphate fertilizers could notably increase the seed content of starch and chloroplast pigment.
