摘要:

鸭茅(Dactylis glomerata)是世界著名的优良牧草之一,在世界范围内分布广泛、栽培历史悠久。自然界野生鸭茅种质资源丰富、基因资源优良、开发利用潜力大,是鸭茅育种和品种改良的重要基础。了解该物种的分布和起源,对于资源的收集、保护和利用及开展相关基础研究具有重要意义。本文对鸭茅的分类、起源及遗传多样性研究进展进行综述,并对鸭茅种质资源研究中存在的问题提出了建议,以期更好的研究和利用这一优良的牧草资源。

Abstract:

Orchardgrass (Dactylis glomerate), one of excellent forages, had a long cultivation history with wide distribution. Orchardgrass was an important basis of breeding and variety improvement with rich germplasm resources, excellent genetic resources and great exploration potential. Understanding the distribution and origin of orchardgrass had great significance in basic research and the collection, protection and utilization of germplasm resources. In order to study and utilize the excellent forage resources, the classification and origin of orchardgrass species and the research progress of genetic diversity were summarized in this paper.
