亚精胺、精胺对结缕草低温下内源激素含量及内源多胺代谢的影响

Effects of Spermidine and Spermine on Phytohormones Content and Polyamine Metabolism of Zoysiagrass under Low Temperature Condition

摘要:

本文对外施亚精胺(spermidine, Spd)或精胺(spermine, Spm)对结缕草(Zoysia japonica)在低温条件下内源激素及多胺代谢的影响进行了研究。结果表明:低温能够增加结缕草内源的脱落酸(abscisic acid, ABA)和乙烯含量,但对细胞分裂素并无显著作用。低温可以使结缕草内源腐胺(putrescine, Put),Spd含量上升而Spm的含量下降并且能够使二胺氧化酶(diamine oxidase, DAO)和多胺氧化酶(polyamine oxidase, PAO)的活性升高。常温条件下,外施Spd和Spm对结缕草ABA、乙烯和细胞分裂素并无显著影响。但在低温条件下,Spd或Spm能使ABA和乙烯含量降低,而增加细胞分裂素的含量。在常温条件下, Spd和Spm对内源Put含量并无显著影响。而低温条件下,Spd和Spm能够不同程度地降低Put的含量。Spd在常温和低温条件下均使结缕草内源Spm含量上升。Spm能够显著提高结缕草常温条件下内源Spd的含量,而在低温条件下并无明显影响。Spd和Spm在常温条件下对DAO活性无明显影响,而在低温条件下使结缕草DAO的活性降低。在常温和低温条件下,Spd或Spm均使PAO的活性升高。

Abstract:

In this study, the effects of exogenous Spermidine (Spd) or Spermine (Spm) on phytohormones content and polyamine metabolism of Zoysiagrass (Zoysia japonica) undergoing cold acclimation (CA) were investigated. Results showed that CA treatment increased abscisic acid (ABA) and ethylene, but had no effect on cytokinin. Meanwhile, CA treatment increased putrescine (Put) and spermidine (Spd), but decreased spermine (Spm). CA treatment also promoted diamine oxydase (DAO) and polyamine oxidases (PAO) activities. Spd and Spm had no significant effect on ABA, ethylene and cytokinin under normal condition, but reduced ABA and ethylene levels and increased cytokinin under CA treatment. Both Spd and Spm had no obvious impact on Put under normal condition, but decreased Put at different levels under CA treatment. Spd increased endogenous Spm in Zoysiagrass under both normal and CA condition. Spm significant increased endogenous Spd under normal condition but no impact on Spm under CA treatment. Spd and Spm had no significant effects on DAO activity under normal condition but inhibited DAO activity under CA treatment. Spd and Spm increased the activities of PAO under both normal and CA condition.
