Na2CO3盐胁迫对10个苜蓿品种生长初期地下指标的影响

Effects of Na2CO3 on Underground Indexes of 10 Alfalfa Cultivars at Initial Stage of Growth

摘要:

以10个苜蓿(Medicago sativa.)品种为试验材料,在不同Na2CO3浓度下进行耐盐性研究,观察生长初期根颈直径、根颈入土深度、主根直径、侧根直径和侧根位置等根系指标,并进行数据统计与方差分析。结果表明:不同浓度Na2CO3胁迫下,各苜蓿品种的各个指标差异显著;根颈直径和主根直径随着盐浓度的增大而呈逐渐减小趋势,根颈入土深度和侧根位置随盐浓度的增加呈增大趋势,但侧根直径随盐浓度的增大变化趋势不明显;由地下指标综合分析可知在10个苜蓿品种中,耐盐能力较强的为‘驯鹿’和‘中苜1号’,可选择在碱性盐区域种植。

Abstract:

Ten alfalfa (Medicago sativa.) varieties were treated with five concentrations of Na2CO3 to study the effects of salinity-alkalinity stress. The crown diameter, crown depth, taproot diameter, lateral root diameter and lateral root position at initial stage of growth were measured to determine the effect of salt stress. The results showed that the indexes were significant differences at different grades of Na2CO3 solution; the crown diameter and the taproot diameter were decreased with the increase of Na2 CO3 concentration, the crown depth and lateral root position were increased with the increase of Na2CO3 concentration; but the lateral root diameter did not have an obvious tendency;According to the comprehensive analysis, ‘AC Caribou’ and ‘Zhongmu NO.1’ had stronger tolerance to salt stress, so they are suitable to be cultivated in alkaline saline areas.
