13种蒲公英属植物核型似近系数聚类分析

Cluster Analysis of Karyotypes Resemblance-near Coefficient of 13 Taraxacum F. H. Wigg. Species

摘要: 为探究蒲公英属植物亲缘关系,本研究对13种蒲公英属(Taraxacum. F. H. Wigg.)植物进行了核型似近系数聚类分析,并计算了物种间遗传距离。结果表明:当核型似近系数接近0.6960时,13种蒲公英可以聚为4大类群;当核型似近系数接近0.4641时,13种蒲公英共属一类。异苞蒲公英与狭戟片蒲公英的亲缘关系最近,其似近系数最大,为0.9969,核型进化距离最小,为0.0031;多裂蒲公英和亚洲蒲公英的亲缘关系最远,似近系数为0.3343,核型进化距离为1.0959。本研究结果为蒲公英属植物的亲缘关系辨析、种质鉴定及物种进化分析提供依据。

Abstract: In order to explore the genetic relationship of Taraxacum F. H. Wigg.,13 species of T. F. H. Wigg. were analyzed by karyotype resemblance-near coefficient cluster analysis and their genetic distance were calculated. The results showed that,13 species of T. F. H. Wigg. were clustered into four groups when the karyotype resemblance was close to 0.6960. However,when it was close to 0.4641,13 species of dandelion were classfied into one group. Among them,the phylogenetic relationship between T. heterolepis Nakai and T. asiaticum var. lonchophyllum was closest,resemblance-near coefficient was 0.9969,and the karyotype evolutionary distance was shortest,which was 0.0031. What's more,phylogenetic relationship between T. dissectum (Ledeb.)Ledeb and T. Asiaticum Dahlst was farthest,resemblance-near coefficient was 0.3343,and the karyotype evolutionary distance was 1.0959. The results provide a basis for the phylogenetic relationship analysis,germplasm identification and species evolution analysis of T. F. H. Wigg..
