8年围封对内蒙古荒漠草原植物和土壤的影响

Effects of Eight Years Enclosure on Plants and Soil of Desert Steppe in Inner Mongolia

摘要: 为了探讨围封对荒漠草原植物和土壤的影响,在内蒙古短花针茅荒漠草原设计了不同放牧强度的试验,试验采用完全随机区组的设计,一共有3个区组,每个区组有4个处理,分别为围封、轻度放牧、中度放和重度放牧。试验期间采用样方法对样地内的植物进行了调查以及对土壤的全氮、全钾、全磷、速效钾、速效磷含量和pH进行了测定,我们的研究得出了以下主要结论:围封显著的增加了植物群落的盖度、密度、生物量和丰富度(P<0.05),同时也显著的增加了香浓熵指数、香浓维纳指数、辛普森指数、均匀度指数和丰富度指数(P<0.05)。围封对土壤全氮、全钾、全磷、速效磷和pH都没有显著的影响。在短花针茅荒漠草原,短期围封可以增加植物的多样性和生物量,但是对土壤没有影响。

Abstract: In order to study the effects of enclosure on plants and soil in the desert steppe of Stipa breviflora. The experiment adopted to a completely random block design, with 3 blocks, and each block had 4 treatments, namely enclosure, light grazing, moderate grazing and heavy grazing. During the experiment, the plants in the sample plot were investigated by sampling method, and the contents of total nitrogen, total potassium, total phosphorus, available potassium, available phosphorus and pH in the soil were measured. The main conclusions of this study are as follows:enclosure significantly increased the coverage, density, biomass and richness of the plant community (P<0.05), and also significantly increased the Shannon entropy, Shannon-wiener index, Simpson index, Pielou index, Diversity index, Magalef index (P<0.05). Enclosure had no significant effects on soil total nitrogen, total potassium, total phosphorus, available phosphorus and pH, but significantly increased the content of available potassium (P<0.05). In Stipa breviflora desert steppe, short-term enclosure can increase plant diversity and biomass, but has no effects on soil.
