野牛草种质资源评价与分析

Evaluation and Analysis of Buffalograss Germplasm Resources

摘要: 本研究对29份野牛草(Buchloe dactyloides(Nutt.) Engelm.)种质资源的7个形态特征指标和7个坪用特性指标进行多样性研究分析。结果表明,形态特征和坪用特征普遍存在变异,形态指标变异幅度为8.70%~23.44%,坪用特性指标变异幅度为1.88%~25.27%。形态特征与坪用特性之间存在相关性。主成分分析表明,叶长、株高、匍匐茎节间长、茎节数、密度、颜色、绿期等因子载荷较大,综合评价BD003,BD007,BD0013,BD019,BD022,BD026,BD027,BD029这8份材料整体表现优良。根据不同利用目标分别进行聚类分析,可依据扩展性分为3个类群,其中,第Ⅱ类群扩展性最强;依据观赏用指标聚类分为3个类群,第Ⅰ类群属植株低矮型,第Ⅱ类群属植株高大型。本研究结果可为野牛草的品种应用和选育提供理论参考。

Abstract: In order to explore the genetic diversity of 29 buffalograss (Buchloe dactyloides(Nutt.) Engelm.) germplasm resources,7 morphological characteristics and 7 functional characteristics were evaluated. The results showed that morphological and turf characteristics were generally variable,and the variation range of morphological indexes of 8.70%~23.44% and the variation range of turf characteristics of 1.88%~25.27%. Correlation analysis showed that there was a certain correlation between morphological characteristics and turf characteristics. The results of principal component analysis showed that leaf length,plant height,number of stolon nodes,density,color,expansion area and other factors had larger load. Comprehensive evaluation showed that BD003,BD007,BD0013,BD019,BD022,BD026,BD027,BD029 had good overall performance. Cluster analysis based on different utilization targets can be divided into three groups according to the expansion ability,of which the group Ⅱ has the strongest scalability,and can be divided into three groups according to the ornamental clustering. The group Ⅰ belongs to the low plant type,and the group Ⅱ belongs to the high plant type. The results can provide theoretical reference for the application and breeding of buffalograss.
