荒漠草原土壤酶活性及化学计量特征对不同载畜率的响应

Responses of Soil Enzyme Activities and Stoichiometry Characteristics of Desert Steep to Different Stocking Rates

摘要: 为探究土壤酶活性及其化学计量特征对荒漠草原不同载畜率的响应,本研究于2021年5月于内蒙古四子王旗荒漠草原长期放牧平台进行(2004年开始),设置不放牧(CK)、轻度(LG)、中度(MG)和重度放牧(HG)4个载畜率水平(分别放牧0,4,8和12只羊),分析土壤理化性质、土壤酶活性及其化学计量特征,结果表明:随载畜率增加,土壤毛管持水量(Capillary water holding capacity,CC)、土壤有机碳(Soil organic carbon,SOC)、土壤全氮(Soil nitrogen,TN)、土壤全磷(Soil phosphorus,TP)呈降低趋势,土壤容重(Soil bulk density,BD)、土壤pH值呈增加趋势(P<0.05);α-葡萄糖苷酶(αCG)、β-葡萄糖苷酶(βCG)、β-N-乙酰氨基葡萄糖苷酶(NAG)、亮氨酸氨基肽酶(LAP) 和碱性磷酸酶(ALP)5种土壤酶活性均随载畜率增加而降低(P<0.05);与碳(C)、氮(N)、磷(P)相关的酶化学计量比均随载畜率增加而降低;BD与CC,pH与TN呈负相关关系(P<0.05),CC与TN,LAP与αCG,βCG,NAG,TN,TP,βCG与NAG,αCG,TN,NAG与αCG,TN,αCG与TN,TP,ALP,TN与TP,ALP,TP与ALP均呈正相关关系(P<0.05)。

Abstract: Soil enzymes are catalysts for complex biochemical reactions in ecosystems. To investigate the response of soil enzyme activity and its stoichiometric characteristics to different stocking rates in desert grassland,this study was conducted in May 2021 on a long-term grazing platform (started in 2004) in the desert grassland of Siziwang Banner,Inner Mongolia,with four stocking rates of no grazing (CK),light (LG),moderate (MG) and heavy grazing (HG). The results showed that soil capillary water holding capacity (CC),soil organic carbon (SOC),soil total nitrogen (TN),soil total phosphorus (TP) tended to decrease,soil bulk weight (BD) and soil pH tended to increase with increase of stocking rate(P<0.05);the activities of all five tested soil enzymes α-glucosidase (αCG),β-glucosidase (βCG),β-N-acetylaminoglucosidase (NAG),leucine aminopeptidase (LAP) and alkaline phosphatase (ALP) decreased with increase of stock carrying rate (P<0.05);The stoichiometric characteristics of enzymes related to C,N and P all decreased with increase of stocking rate(P<0.05);BD and CC,pH and TN were negatively correlated(P<0.05),CC and TN,LAP and αCG,βCG,NAG,TN,TP,βCG and NAG,αCG,TN,NAG with αCG,TN,αCG with TN,TP,ALP,TN with TP,ALP,TP with ALP all showed positive correlations(P<0.05).
