宁夏草原针茅属(Stipa)植物的生态适应策略与生态因子的关系

Relationship Between Ecological Adaptation Strategies and Ecological Factors of Stipa plants in Ningxia Grassland

摘要: 植物性状间的异速生长关系能够反映植物适应环境的分配策略。然而,关于植物叶内部的分配策略及适应策略的研究较少。本文分析了宁夏草原的优势种和建群种针茅属植物的叶片厚度、角质层厚度和主导管面积等叶片解剖性状间的15组异速关系分析叶片解剖结构的分配策略、叶解剖性状间的异速生长指数随气候因子和土壤因子的移位。研究表明,草原针茅属叶解剖性状间存在“收支平衡”(例如叶片厚度与厚壁组织厚度)、“收益递增”(例如叶片厚度和主维管束面积)和“收益递减”(例如主导管面积和角质层厚度)的分配策略。针茅属叶解剖性状间的分配策略主要受到年均辐射、土壤容重、土壤全磷和年均降水的影响。年均降水和土壤全磷主要驱动针茅属植物的养分运输、机械支撑策略投资的变化;土壤容重主要驱动叶片保护策略投资的变化;年均降水主要驱动叶片构成策略投资的变化。为针茅属植物的植被恢复、环境治理及生态建设等奠定基础。

Abstract: Allometric growth relationships among anatomical traits of leaves can reflect the adaptive strategies of plants to the environment. This study analyzed the allocation strategy of leaf anatomical structure and the movement of allometric growth index between leaf anatomical characteristics and spatial factors,climate factors and soil factors through 15 groups of allometric relationships among 7 leaf anatomical characteristics,including leaf thickness,cuticle thickness and main tube area,of dominant species and constructive species of Stipa in Ningxia grassland. There existed the distribution strategies of “equilibrating returns” (such as leaf thickness and palisade tissue thickness),“increasing returns” (such as leaf thickness and main vascular bundle area) and “diminishing returns” (such as main tube area and cuticle thickness) among leaf anatomical traits. The distribution strategies of leaf anatomical characters of Stipa were affected by environmental factors,including annual solar radiation,soil bulk density,soil total phosphorus and annual precipitation. Soil total phosphorus and mean annual precipitation mainly drove the changes of Stipa nutrient transport and the investment of mechanical support strategy. Soil bulk density mainly drove the change of investment in leaf protection strategy. Mean annual precipitation mainly drove the change of strategic investment in leaf composition. This research laid a foundation for the vegetation restoration,environmental management and ecological construction of Stipa.
