高寒沙化地优势植物根际促生菌筛选及初步鉴定

Screening and Preliminary Identification of Dominant Plant Growth-Promoting Rhizobacterial Species in Alpine Desertification

摘要: 为筛选获得优良高寒沙化地优势植物根际促生菌(Plant growth-promoting rhizobacteria,PGPR),丰富高寒沙化地菌株资源库,本研究从若尔盖沙化地广泛分布的10种优势植物根际分离筛选获得112株PGPR。其中溶无机磷菌株30株,溶磷量为73.47~685.45 μg·mL-1;溶有机磷菌株30株,溶磷量为41.92~94.33 μg·mL-1;固氮菌株22株,固氮酶活性范围为0.01~10.10 nmol·h-1·mL-1;具有分泌IAA能力的菌株30株,IAA分泌量为9.78~48.97 μg·mL-1。12株综合能力良好的菌株,其中假单胞菌属(Pseudomonas)6株、沙雷氏菌属(Serratia)3株、贪噬菌属(Variovorax)2株、芽孢杆菌属(Bacillus)1株。这些菌株为高寒地区适用的微生物资源库构建和制备具有地区针对性的微生物菌肥提供了优质的菌株资源。

Abstract: To select and obtain superior plant growth-promoting rhizobacteria (PGPR) from dominant plants in alpine sandy areas and to enrich the strain resource library for such environments, this study isolated and screened 112 PGPR strains from the rhizosphere of 10 dominant plant species widely distributed in the sandy areas of Zoige Plateau. Among these, 30 strains were inorganic phosphorus-solubilizing bacteria, with phosphorus solubilization levels ranging from 73.47 to 685.45 μg·mL-1; 30 strains were organic phosphorus-solubilizing bacteria, with phosphorus solubilization levels ranging from 41.92 to 94.33 μg·mL-1; 22 strains were nitrogen-fixing bacteria, with nitrogenase activity ranging from 0.01 to 10.10 nmol·h-1·mL-1; and 30 strains were capable of secreting indole-3-acetic acid (IAA), with secretion levels ranging from 9.78 to 48.97 μg·mL-1. Twelve strains with excellent overall abilities were identified, including 6 strains of Pseudomonas, 3 strains of Serratia, 2 strains of Variovorax, and 1 strain of Bacillus. These strains provide high-quality microbial resources for constructing a microbial resource library suitable for alpine regions and for preparing region-specific microbial fertilizers.
