外源硒对混合盐碱胁迫下紫花苜蓿萌发及苗期生理特性的影响

摘要: 为研究外源硒在调控植物耐盐碱方面的作用,以紫花苜蓿(Medicago sativa L.)‘WL298HQ’为试验材料,通过紫花苜蓿种子萌发和苗期施加不同浓度外源硒试验,探究外源硒对盐碱胁迫下紫花苜蓿种子萌发及苗期生理特性的影响,结果表明:施加0.5 mmol·L-1,1 mmol·L-1和2 mmol·L-1的外源硒后,均对混合盐碱胁迫下的WL298HQ种子的萌发有明显的促进作用,当外源硒浓度为0.5 mmol·L-1时,外源硒对WL298HQ种子萌发有显著的促进作用。对WL298HQ苗期各项生理指标进行综合分析可知,2 mmol·L-1的外源硒能够有效减轻混合盐碱胁迫对紫花苜蓿幼苗造成的生理损伤。混合盐碱胁迫显著抑制紫花苜蓿的抗氧化能力和增加细胞膜透性,但在混合盐碱胁迫下施加外源硒处理能够促进植株生长,减轻膜脂过氧化程度,并同步增强叶片中各种抗氧化酶活性。

Abstract: To investigate the role of exogenous selenium in regulating plant tolerance to saline-alkali stress, alfalfa (Medicago sativa L.) ‘WL298HQ’ was used as experimental material. Different concentrations of exogenous selenium were applied during seed germination and seedling stages to explore the effects on seed germination and physiological characteristics under mixed saline-alkali stress. The results showed that applying exogenous selenium at concentrations of 0.5, 1, and 2 mmol·L-1 significantly promoted the germination of WL298HQ seeds under stress. The most pronounced promoting effect on seed germination was observed at 0.5 mmol·L-1. Comprehensive analysis of various physiological indicators at the seedling stage revealed that 2 mmol·L-1 exogenous selenium effectively alleviated the physiological damage caused by mixed saline-alkali stress to alfalfa seedlings. Mixed saline-alkali stress significantly inhibited the antioxidant capacity and increased cell membrane permeability of alfalfa. However, exogenous selenium application under mixed saline-alkali stress promoted plant growth, reduced the degree of membrane lipid peroxidation, and simultaneously enhanced the activities of various antioxidant enzymes in the leaves.
