山西不同居群白羊草主要农艺性状评价

Evaluation of Main Agronomic Traits from the Different Populations of Bothriochloa ischaemum (L.) Keng in Shanxi

摘要: 为筛选和合理利用白羊草(Bothriochloa ischaemum (L.) Keng)种质资源提供理论依据,利用主成分分析和聚类分析对采自山西省不同地区的10个白羊草居群的13个主要农艺性状进行分析和评价。结果表明:白羊草各居群间除小穗数外其他农艺性状差异均达极显著水平(P<0.01)。主成分分析得到累计贡献率为86.927%的4个主成分,根据主成分分析结果对不同居群白羊草进行聚类分析,共得到4个类群,其中第1类群即临汾、芮城和太谷这3个白羊草居群综合表现最好。

Abstract: In order to provide theoretical basis for reasonably selecting and utilizing the genetic resources of Bothriochloa ischaemum (L.) Keng, thirteen agronomic traits from ten populations of B. ischaemum were evaluated by principal component and cluster analysis. Results showed that agronomic traits except for spikelets were significantly different among populations (P<0.01). The cumulative contribution rate of four extracted principal component factors was 86.927% in principal component analysis. Different populations of B. ischaemum were clustered into 4 groups based on the results of principal component analysis. The general performance of group 1 including the populations of Linfen, Ruicheng and Taigu was the best.
