土壤Cu2+胁迫对多花黑麦草部分生理指标的影响

Effects of Soil Cu2+ Stress on Some Physiological Characteristics of Italian Ryegrass

摘要: 采用盆栽试验研究土壤外源重金属Cu2+污染(50,150,300 mg·kg-1)对10个多花黑麦草(Lolium multiflorum)品种部分生理指标的影响,为探明重金属毒害植物机理提供参考依据。结果表明:随着Cu2+浓度的增大,多花黑麦草叶绿素含量、根系活力呈降低趋势,叶片和根系细胞膜透性呈增大趋势,叶片细胞膜透性小于根系的。随着胁迫时间的延长,各个生理指标均呈上升趋势。10个多花黑麦草品种中品种5(Harukaze)对重金属Cu耐性最强,品种2(Waseaoba)和3(Waseyutaka)耐Cu性较弱。

Abstract: A pot experiment was conducted to study some physiological responses of 10 Italian ryegrass (Lolium multiflorum) varieties to Cupollution. Results showed that chlorophyll content and root vigor of Italian ryegrass decreased with the increase of Cu stress concentration, whereas leaf and root cell membrane permeability increased, cell membrane permeability of leaf was higher than that of root. Physiological characteristics increased with the increase of stress period. Harukaze (5th) variety had the strongest tolerance to Cu stress among 10 Italian ryegrass varieties. Waseaoba variety (2nd) and Waseyutaka variety (3rd) had weaker tolerance to Cu stress compared to others.
