夏季高温胁迫对紫花苜蓿光合生理机制的影响研究

Impacts of Heat Stress on the Photosynthetic Physiology of Alfalfa

摘要:

通过研究紫花苜蓿(Medicago sativa)不同品种在夏季高温下叶绿素含量和电导率的变化特征, 计算出各品种的半致死温度,评价其对夏季高温的耐受力。结果表明:高温导致不同苜蓿品种叶绿素含量不同程度的降低(12.04%~34.87%),高温对不同苜蓿的相对电导率影响较大。综合分析认为,赛迪、苜蓿王和CUF101为强抗热性品种,阿尔冈金和WL612为抗热较差品种。

Abstract:

The influence of heat stress on the chlorophyll contents and conductivity of different alfalfa varieties were investigated using a field experiment. Results indicated that the chlorophyll content rates of different alfalfa varieties were reduced (12.04%~34.87%) under heat stress. The conductivities of all tested varieties were significantly affected by heat stress. Comprehensive analysis showed that Sidel, Alfalfa King, and CUF101 had stronger heat resistance, whereas Algonquin and WL612 had poorer heat resistance.
