萘乙酸对扁穗牛鞭草生长发育及地上部生物量的影响

Effects of Naphthalene Acetic Acid on the Shooting Growth and Aboveground Biomass of Hemarthria compressa

摘要:

以 “雅安”扁穗牛鞭草(Hemarthria compressa)为试材,研究不同的萘乙酸(NAA)浓度和浸泡时间对其生长发育及地上部生物量的影响。结果表明,NAA浓度对扁穗牛鞭草的生长速度、产量及第一茬刈割时的株高影响显著,其中低浓度NAA对上述性状有促进作用,高浓度则有抑制作用。此外,NAA浓度和浸泡时间对上述各性状的互作效应显著,以NAA浓度200 mg·L-1,浸泡20 min处理后其生长表现最好,且增产效应持久,该处理为扁穗牛鞭草扦插繁殖最适宜的化学调控方法。

Abstract:

The application of biochemical stimulants is a simpler approach to enhance aboveground biomass, achieve higher productivity and lower costs than genetic modification. The impacts of naphthalene acetic acid on the growth speed and aboveground biomass of limpograss (Hemarthria compressa) were investigated by soaking the cuttings in different dosages (0~400 mg·L-1) of NAA for different soaking durations (10~30 min). Limpograss “Ya'an”, released by the China Forage Registration Committee, was used in the Yangtze River that played an important role in animal husbandry and protection environment. It was found that the growth speed from 30 d to 58 d after planting, plant height, fresh aboveground biomass and dry aboveground biomass of the first harvest were significantly influenced by the NAA dosage. Treatment with the lower dosage of NAA increased these parameters, whereas higher dosage NAA suppressed these parameters. Similarly, fresh aboveground biomass and dry aboveground biomass of second harvest increased with the lower dosage (100 and 200 mg·L-1) of NAA. Furthermore, the interactive effect between NAA dosage and soaking duration significantly affected the growth speed and aboveground biomass of limpograss. Overall, the results suggested that 200 mg·L-1 NAA and 20 min soaking duration could be used to maximize growth speed and produce high aboveground biomass, the promotion of NAA-induced in the aboveground biomass of limpograss persisted for two years of 2011 and 2012.
