盐碱胁迫和温度对猪毛蒿种子萌发的影响

Effects of Salt-alkali Stress and Temperature on Seed Germination of Artemisia scoparia

摘要: 本研究采用不同浓度的中性盐(NaCl)、碱性盐(Na2CO3)和二者混合液(NaCl+Na2CO3)模拟胁迫,对两种变温下(25/15℃和35/25℃)猪毛蒿(Artemisia scoparia)种子发芽率、发芽速率和发芽势进行测定和分析。结果表明:盐碱胁迫与温度及其交互作用对猪毛蒿种子的萌发均有显著影响(P<0.05)。总体上,猪毛蒿种子在NaCl处理下的各发芽指标显著高于另外两种处理(P<0.05),低温处理下的发芽状况优于高温处理;仅在高温条件下,当NaCl浓度为50.0 mmol·L-1时,种子的萌发显著地受到了盐胁迫的抑制。除低温时混合胁迫浓度为12.5 mmol·L-1时的发芽速率和发芽势稍高于对照外,其余碱胁迫处理和混合胁迫处理下的种子各发芽指标均随着处理液浓度的升高而降低。相比于盐胁迫,碱胁迫对其种子萌发的抑制作用更强,且高温会加剧抑制作用。

Abstract: In this experiment,we selected the neutral salt (NaCl),alkaline salt (Na2CO3) and their mixture (NaCl + Na2CO3) to simulate salt-alkali stress,determine and analyze the germination percentage,germination rate and germination potential of A.scoparia under two different temperatures (25/15℃ and 35/25℃). The results showed that seed germination was significantly affected by salinity,alkalinity,temperature and their interactions. In general,seed germination percentage,germination rate and germination potential under NaCl treatment were higher than the other two treatments (P<0.05),and in 15/25℃ were significantly higher than 25/35℃ treatment. Only at high temperature and the concentration of NaCl was 50.0 mmol·L-1,the germination of seeds was significantly inhibited by salt stress. Except that the germination rate and germination potential of the mixed stress treatment with a concentration of 12.5 mmol·L-1 at low temperature were slightly higher than the control,the germination percentage,germination rate and germination potential of the seeds under alkali stress and mixed stress showed a trend of decrease with the increase of the concentration of treatment solution. Compared with salt stress,alkali stress had stronger inhibitory effect on the germination of A.scoparia seeds,and high temperature increased the inhibitory effect.
