盐、碱胁迫对4份梯牧草苗期生物量及生理特性的影响

Effects of Salt and Alkali Stresses on Biomass and Physiological Characteristics of Four Phleum pratense at Seedling Stage

摘要: 为探究盐、碱胁迫对不同梯牧草(Phleum pratense)材料苗期生物量及生理特性的影响,本研究以4份梯牧草材料(L,S,T,W)为研究对象,以不同盐胁迫浓度以及碱胁迫浓度为试验处理,对梯牧草苗期生物量、脯氨酸及可溶性糖含量、抗氧化酶活性进行测定分析。结果表明,随着盐、碱胁迫程度增加,4份梯牧草材料根冠比、抗氧化酶活性、可溶性糖及脯氨酸含量均呈增加趋势,盐胁迫下地上、地下生物量呈降低趋势,碱胁迫下呈先增后降的趋势;不同梯牧草材料经过盐胁迫及碱胁迫处理后各指标间存在较高的相关性;通过隶属函数进行综合评价发现4份材料耐盐性排序为T>W>S>L,耐碱性排序为T>S>W>L。

Abstract: In order to explore the effects of salt and alkali stresses on the biomass and physiological characteristics of different Phleum pratense materials at seedling stage,four P. pratense materials (L,S,T,W) were used as the research objects in this study. Different salt stress concentrations and alkali stress concentrations were used as experimental treatments to determine and analyze the biomass,proline and soluble sugar content and antioxidant enzyme activity of P. pratense at seedling stage. The results showed that the ratio of root to shoot,the activities of antioxidant enzymes,the content of soluble sugar and proline of the four P. pratense materials increased with the increase of salt and alkali stress. The aboveground and underground biomass decreased under salt stress,and increased first and then decreased under alkali stress. There was a great correlation between the indexes of different forage materials after salt stress and alkali stress intensity increse. Comprehensive evaluation through the affiliation function revealed that the four materials were ranked as T>W>S>L for salt tolerance and T>S>W>L for alkali tolerance.
