老芒麦种子生产性能及农艺性状评价研究

摘要: 为评价适合青藏高原地区种植的高产稳产老芒麦(Elymus sibiricus)新品系,本研究以青藏高原地区筛选的9个优良老芒麦材料为研究对象,对其连续3年的种子产量和农艺性状进行了评价,旨在为下一步选育适合青藏高原地区种植的高产稳产老芒麦品种提供理论依据。结果表明:老芒麦不同材料间和不同年份间对种子产量和农艺性状有显著影响,其中老芒麦生长第二年种子产量最高,平均为102.53 g·株-1。而在不同材料中,16-118,16-054和18-211的种子产量更高且更稳定,3份材料3年的种子总产量和平均产量分别为 268.96 g·株-1和 89.65 g·株-1、260.68 g·株-1和 86.89 g·株-1、256.27 g·株-1和 85.42 g·株-1。主成分分析和冗余分析表明,单序籽粒数、单穗干重、着粒密度、穗长和小穗数是影响种子产量的主要农艺性状。小穗数、千粒重和穗长与种子产量的正相关性最强,有效分蘖数对种子产量的影响最大。9份老芒麦材料综合评价表明,18-211,16-118,16-054和13-206在种子产量和农艺性状方面具有较强的优势,其中,18-211,16-118和16-054在种子产量、关键农艺性状单序籽粒数、小穗数、单穗干重和着粒密度上的变异系数较低,适用于种用型老芒麦选育。

Abstract: In order to evaluate new high-yielding and stable Elymus sibiricus lines suitable for cultivation in the Tibetan Plateau region, this study took nine excellent E.sibiricus lines screened in the Tibetan Plateau region as the research objects, and evaluated their seed yields and agronomic traits for three consecutive years, so as to provide the theoretical basis for the next step of selecting and breeding high-yielding and stable E.sibiricus varieties suitable for cultivation in the Tibetan Plateau region. The results showed that the E.sibiricus materials and between year had significant effects on seed yield and agronomic traits, in which the E.sibiricus had the highest seed yield in the second year of growth, with an average of 102.53 g·plant-1. Among the different materials, 16-118, 16-054, and 18-211 exhibited higher and more stable seed yields. The total seed yields and average yields over three years for the three materials were 268.96 g·plant-1 and 89·65 g·plant-1, 260.68 g·plant-1 and 86.89 g·plant-1, and 256.27 g·plant-1 and 85.42 g·plant-1 respectively. Principal component analysis and redundancy analysis revealed that the number of grains per sequence, dry weight per spike, grain density, spike length, and number of spikelets were the main agronomic traits affecting seed yield. the number of spikelets, thousand-grain weight and spike length had the strongest positive correlation with seed yield of E.sibiricus, and the number of effective tillers had the greatest effect on seed yield. A comprehensive evaluation of nine E.sibiricus materials showed that 18-211, 16-118, 16-054, and 13-206 exhibited significant advantages in seed yield and agronomic traits. Among these, 18-211, 16-118, and 16-054 exhibited lower coefficients of variation in seed yield, key agronomic traits such as single-spike grain number, spikelet number, single-spike dry weight, and grain density, making them suitable for the breeding of seed-type E.sibiricus.
