181份谷子资源农艺性状分析

Agronomic Trait Analysis of 181 Foxtail Millet Resources

摘要: 为了充实张家口谷子[Setaria italica(L.) Beauv.]种质资源库并探究农艺性状内在关联,从而有效地发掘和利用现有谷子资源。本研究以181份谷子种质资源为试验材料,对其12个农艺性状开展系统调查,并进行了遗传多样性分析、相关性分析、主成分分析和聚类分析。遗传多样性分析表明,群体间数量性状的遗传多样性指数介于1.77~2.06之间,变异系数变化范围为10.23%~67.26%;同时,质量性状遗传多样性指数范围为0.16~1.05,显示出种质丰富的遗传背景;在相关性分析得出,抽穗期、株高与单株干草重呈极显著正相关关系;此外,通过聚类分析,发现两个可作为饲草谷子利用的特定优势的类群,第Ⅰ类群(株高最高)和第Ⅳ类群(干草产量较高),这两个类群都可作为提高草产量的优势种质类群。

Abstract: In order to enrich the Zhangjiakou cereal germplasm library and explore the intrinsic association of agronomic traits,so as to effectively explore and utilize the existing millet resources,this study was carried out with 181 foxtail millet resources as test materials. In this study,12 agronomic traits were investigated systematically,and genetic diversity analysis,correlation analysis,principal component analysis and cluster analysis were performed. Genetic diversity analysis showed that the genetic diversity indices of quantitative traits among populations ranged from 1.77 to 2.06,and the variation of coefficient of variation ranged from 10.23% to 67.26%;at the same time,the genetic diversity indices of qualitative traits ranged from 0.16 to 1.05,which showed a rich genetic background of the germplasm;The correlation analysis showed that the tasseling stage,plant height and the weight of single hay plant were significantly positively correlated. In addition,through cluster analysis,we found two taxa that can be used as specific advantages of forage grain,taxon Ⅰ (highest plant height) and taxon Ⅳ (higher hay yield),which can be used as advantageous germplasm taxa for improving grass yield.
