围栏封育对草甸草原碳蓄积特征的影响

Effects of Fencing on the Carbon Accumulation of Meadow Steppe

摘要:

以新疆乌鲁木齐县甘沟乡围封8年的草甸草原为研究对象,通过野外调查取样结合室内分析的方法,研究了围栏封育对草地土壤碳密度和植物碳密度的影响。结果表明:围封区与放牧区土壤碳密度、根系碳密度均随着土壤深度的增加而降低,碳储量主要集中表层0~10 cm,且围封区高于放牧区;围封区各月地上植物碳密度极显著高于放牧区(P<0.01)。表明围栏封育可以有效增强草甸草原的碳汇功能。

Abstract:

Taking the meadow steppe of fencing 8 years in the Gangou village of Xinjiang Urumqi County as the research object, the effects of fencing on soil carbon(C) density and plant carbon density were studied through the method of indoor analysis and investigation in the field. Results showed that soil carbon density and root carbon density decreased with the increase of soil depth in both fencing and grazing areas. The carbon storage of fencing area was higher than that of grazing area, and was mainly stored at the soil surface layer (0~10 cm). The carbon density of plant in the fencing area was significantly higher than that at the grazing district (P<0.01) in every month. These results indicated that fencing could effectively enhance the functions of carbon sequestration in meadow grassland.
