鸭茅重要种质DUS测试及农艺性状评价筛选

摘要:

以我国主栽的32个鸭茅品种(系)为研究对象,对其开展了DUS测试,并基于农艺性状进行了综合评价筛选,以期筛选出适合我国南方及长江流域地区生长的优质鸭茅种质资源。结果表明:供试鸭茅品种(系)可根据其物候期的差异,主要分为早、中、晚熟3种类型,生育期介于230~307 d。各供试鸭茅品种(系)在抗锈病、越夏率、生长速度、草产量、茎叶比、鲜干比、分蘖数等均差异明显,呈现出不同程度的群体差异,以‘滇北’、‘01472’、‘Cristobal’、‘宝兴’、‘波特’等表现较为突出。供试14个DUS性状在各鸭茅间表达程度各不相同,可用于区分供试鸭茅品种(系),并得出关于鸭茅产量、抗性及品质的供试种质综合排序,最终筛选出17份表现较为优异的鸭茅资源。

Abstract:

DUS testing and agronomic character evaluation-screening of 32 dominant Dactylis glomerata varieties (lines) of China were studied in this report, in order to screen excellent D.glomerata germplasm resource for southern China and the Yangtze River basin region. The tested D.glomerata varieties (lines) could been divided into early, middle and late-maturing types, according to the differences of its growth period, which ranged from 230 d to 307 d. There were obvious differences in rust resistance, summering rate, growth speed, grass yield, stem-leaf ratio, green-hay ratio and tiller numbers among tested D. glomerata varieties (lines), and the varieties of Dianbei, 01472, Cristobal, Baoxing and Porto had more prominent performance. The 14 DUS characters were used to distinguish the difference of tested D. glomerata varieties (lines) here. There were a comprehensive ranking about yield, resistance and quality of tested D. glomerata, according to the results of DUS testing and agronomic characters evaluation-screening, and the 17 excellent D. glomerata varieties (lines) were selected in the end.
