红豆草新品系的草产量及营养价值研究

Studies on the Forage Yield and Nutritional Value of New Sainfoin Lines

摘要: 本试验通过研究红豆草(Onobrychis viciaefolia)新品系(P1,P2,P3)在2018年和2019年的农艺性状和营养价值以筛选高产、稳产、优质的品系,为红豆草新品种登记奠定基础。结果表明:不同红豆草新品系的农艺性状和营养价值有显著差异,其中P1的平均叶茎比(0.79)、鲜干比(4.52)、粗脂肪(5.46%)、粗灰分(6.75%)及磷(0.04%)含量均最高;P3的平均干草产量(4.87 t·hm-2)、粗蛋白(15.25%)、相对饲喂价值(151.96%)均最高,中性和酸性洗涤纤维含量(42.83%,28.45%)均最低。综合分析结果显示,新品系P1,P2,P3在武威黄羊镇地区综合表现优异,且P1优于2个对照(甘肃红豆草、蒙农红豆草),P2和P3不及对照甘肃红豆草,但均优于对照蒙农红豆草。因此,本试验所用红豆草新品系(P1,P2,P3)均可进一步进行区域试验和生产试验,以申报登记红豆草新品种。

Abstract: In order to select new sainfoin (Onobrychis viciaefolia) lines with high and stable forage yield and good nutrition,and to lay the foundation for registering new sainfoin varieties,agronomic traits and nutritional values of 3 new sainfoin lines (P1,P2,P3) were studied in 2018 and 2019. The results showed that significant differences existed in agronomic traits and nutrients among different sainfoin lines. The highest values of average leaf/stem,fresh/dry ratios,crude fat,crude ash and phosphorus content were found in new sainfoin line P1 at 0.79,4.52,5.46%,6.75%,and 0.04%,respectively. The new sainfoin line P3 had the highest hay yield (4.87 t·hm-2),crude protein (15.25%) and relative feed value contents (151.96%),while neutral detergent fiber (42.83%) and acid detergent fiber (28.45%) contents were the lowest. Comprehensive evaluation showed that the new sainfoin line P1 had the best comprehensive characteristics and was better than the two control groups (O. viciaefolia ‘Gansu’ and O. viciaefolia ‘Mengnong’),and the new sainfoin line P2 and P3 were better than O. viciaefolia ‘Mengnong’ while not than O. viciaefolia ‘Gansu’. Therefore,these three sainfoin lines (P1,P2,P3) could be used for the regional and production test further.
